<br /> 62ft <br /> Basic Services for the Project are further delineated in Attachment A attached to this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 1.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 1.3.1 Additional services are those services not included in the Scope of Services, <br /> Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will only be for substantial deviations <br /> from the scope of services described in this Agreement. The ENGINEER will submit a <br /> -- written estimate of fees to the CITY and obtain the CITY's authorization before initiating <br /> I <br /> I any additional services. <br /> I <br /> I I <br /> \ <br /> 1.3.2 Additional services will be provided by ENGINEER if authorized by the CITY on the <br /> Authorization of Additional Services form attached to this Agreement as Attachment C-4. <br /> Compensation will be in addition to that specified for Basic Services, in accordance with <br /> Section 12.1 of this Agreement. The approval of the CITY's governing body is necessary <br /> for all additional services the compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The CITY will: <br /> . <br /> 2.1 Provide full information to the ENGINEER regarding requirements for the Project. <br /> Such information will include all maps, drawings, reports, records, audits, annual reports, <br /> and other data that are in the files of the CITY; budgetary and schedule limitations and all <br /> other data relative to the ENGINEER's services. The CITY will be responsible for accuracy <br /> and completeness of all reports, data and other information furnished by the CITY. <br /> 2.2 The Director of Environment and Engineering, or his designee will act in the CITY's <br /> behalf with respect to the services rendered under this Agreement. This representative will <br /> ! have authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define CITY's <br /> policies, and authorize payments with respect to ENGINEER's services for the Project. <br /> 2.3 Examine all documents presented by the ENGINEER to the CITY, and render <br /> responses pertaining thereto promptly and provide the ENGINEER with the requested data <br /> or information in CITY's possession relating to the Project as expeditiously as possible. <br /> 2.4 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the ENGINEER to enter <br /> public and private property as required for the ENGINEER to perform its services under <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 2.5 Furnish all legal, accounting and insurance counseling services as may be <br /> necessary at any time for the Project, including such auditing services as the CITY may <br /> require to ascertain how or for what purposes the Contractor used the money paid by or <br /> 2 <br />
