Travel I The use of bicycles in the do\\11to\\11 patrol require,s specific training for the t\\'O officers I I assigned to this duty, Also included in this budget is costs related to attending rhe COPS I Conference. These costs can be found under "G: Travel." In-kind Contributions The City of San Marcos \\ill provide two new police vehicles and equipmem, The estimated value of this in-kind contribution is 550,000. The 00 \'\11 to \"11 Associarion \vill provide office space and utilities for the officers located in the central business district. The estimated value of this in-kind contribution is 56,000 a year. The partners in this application have committed to raising funds CO purchase t'.vo bicycles. T\vo bikes and associated equipment will cost about 52,000. These costs are not part of the itemized budget and total 558,000 of in-kind contributions by the City of San Marcos and its partners,
