GUADALUPE-BLANCO RIVER AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> <br />",- <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> <br />1. The City of San Marcos ("San Marcos") and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority <br />(IIGBRA") agree to amend the Interlocal Agreement for their joint participation in the <br />development of a regional surface water project dated April 23, 1996 to extend the term <br />of the Agreement until December 31, 1996 as authorized under Paragraph 9 of the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.
