<br /> f bItt <br /> - <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS <br /> This Agreement for Wastewater System Improvements (the "Agreement") between <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas (the "City"), and the United States Department of Labor <br />I ("DOL") is made and entered into as of the 27th day of ,1996, for <br /> August <br /> the purposes of delineating the duties and obligations in the mutually beneficial <br /> construction and maintenance of certain utility improvements adjoining and abutting Gary <br /> . . <br /> Job Corps Center in San Marcos, Caldwell County, Texas. <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the DOL mutually desire to have utility improvements <br /> constructed, maintained and integrated into the City's waste~llector- system; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the DOL will receive mutual benefit from such <br /> improvements, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the parties agree to contribute their mutually agreed share for the <br />I construction of said improvements; <br />! <br />I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants, agreements, <br /> representations and promises contained in this agreement and other good and valuable <br /> consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, the parties <br /> do covenant and agree as follows: <br /> ARTICLE 1 <br /> THE PROJECT <br /> 1.01 The scope of the work covered by this Agreement (the "Project") shall be the <br />
