<br /> (OrC <br /> -3- - <br /> work covered by the Project Documents and making <br /> recommendations for payment of the Contractors payment <br /> requests. <br /> (6) Preparing a monthly written report addressed to the City and <br /> the DOL setting out all expenditures relating to the Project, <br /> including, but not limited to, the division of the costs <br /> attributable to each portion of the work being performed on the <br /> Project which will enable the Project Manager to allocate to <br /> each of the parties their share of costs and expenses. <br /> (7) Providing field reports to the Project Manager on the progress <br /> of the construction and the percentage of completion of the <br />, , work required pursuant to the Project Documents. <br /> (8) Notifying the Project Manager in advance of any scheduled or <br /> non-scheduled progress meetings so as to allow the Project <br /> Manager sufficient time to notify the DOL, or their <br /> representatives in time to attend. <br /> . <br /> (9) Reporting to the Project Manager whether or not the <br /> Contractor, in the opinion of the Engineer, is performing the <br /> work in accordance with the Project Documents; and in the <br /> event the Contractor is not, then recommending to the Project <br /> Manager alternate plans of action which should be considered <br /> and perhaps taken in order to obtain compliance. <br /> (10) Preparing and submitting to the City reproducible "as-built" <br /> construction plans based upon the Contractor's documents for <br /> the Project. <br /> (11) Performing such other acts as are normally and reasonably <br /> performed by the Design Professional and Project Engineer on <br /> a project of this nature in regard to the design and construction <br /> of the Project and in regard to construction administration. <br />(b) Soliciting and putting out for public, competitive bidding, the Project <br /> Documents as required by and in accordance with prevailing statutes <br /> of the State of Texas. <br />(c) Entering into a contract ("Construction Contract") in the capacity of <br /> the Owner with the lowest responsible and responsive bidder for the <br /> construction of the work described in the Project Documents and any <br />
