Past members are eligible for reappointment after 1 <br /> year. At least 10 of the appointees must reside within the city limits of the City of San <br /> . <br /> Marcos, and the remaining 5 appointees may reside outside the city limits. <br /> The City Manager of the City, the President of the Chamber, and the Executive <br /> Director of the Hispanic Chamber or their designees shall be non-voting, ex-officio <br /> members of the Convention and Visitors Bureau Board. <br /> E. Purchases made with CVB funds which exceed $1000 in amount shall be made <br /> from the low responsible bidder, and at least three bids shall be obtained for each such <br /> purchase. Purchases made with CVB funds shall not be restricted to Chamber members. <br /> Members of the Board shall not have an ownership interest in any company from which a <br /> , <br /> purchase or purchases of $7,500 or more annually are made with CVB funds. <br /> F.
