f~A- - 7. Provide, with the monthly invoice for services, a monthly report of recyclables collected and marketed including total pounds per type of material and market value of each type of material. (B) During the period of this contract CONTRACTOR will maintain at its expense, insurance with limits not less than those prescribed below. Insurance underwriters must be acceptable to the City. With respect to the required insurance, the CONTRACTOR will: "- Name the CITY as an additional insured. 1. 2. CONTRACTOR will ensure that all of its employees will wear insignia bearing the CONTRACTOR's name and the individual's identification. CITY and CONTRACTOR agree and acknowledge that CONTRACTOR is operating as an independent contractor and not as an agent or employee of the CITY. (D) CONTRACTOR will obtain all licenses and permits required to perform the services described in this Agreement, and will promptly pay all taxes required by law. (E) The CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the CITY and its officers and employees from and against all suits, claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising in connection with work performed hereunder. (D) In performing the services required hereunder and in its employment practices, the CONTRACTOR will not discrimìnate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability.
