<br /> 104 <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1996 - 201R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> APPROVING THE LEASE OF FACILITIES AT <br /> THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TO <br /> NORTH AMERICAN TOP GUN, INC.; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On November 5, 1996 the San Marcos Airport Commission reviewed a proposed <br /> Lease Agreement between the City and North American Top Gun, Inc., and voted <br /> unanimously to forward this Agreement to the City Council recommending approval. <br /> 2. North American Top Gun, Inc. is proposing to use the leased facilities for a "fantasy <br /> fighter pilot" business at the San Marcos Municipal Airport during February and March, <br /> 1997. . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1: The attached Lease of Airport Property to North American Top Gun, <br /> Inc. is approved. <br /> PART 2: The City Manager, Larry G. Gilley, is authorized to execute the lease <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
