School <br /> 1437 Old Post Road <br />SECTION 4, That the City Council of the ,City shall, on or before March 6, 1995, <br />by resolution duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this <br />election at the polling places for the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and it shall <br />be each such judge's duty to hold the election in the respective precincts set forth <br />hereinabove, and any vacancies occulTing after the appointment of judges and alternate <br />judges may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the City Council. <br />SECTION 5. That each presiding judge may appoint up to two (2) clerks, and with <br />the permission of the City Secretary, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this <br />election. <br />SECTION 6. That precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120,330,334,336, <br />445, 446, and 451 shall be polling places for the joint election of the City and the School <br />District. <br />SECTION 7. That the precinct named Martindale and numbered 110, 121, 225, <br />315, 331, 335, 337 and 447 shall be polling places for the School District election. <br />SECTION 8, That the City Council election shall be conducted jointly with the <br />School District Board of Trustees election pursuant to the terms and conditions of a <br />Joint Election Agreement. <br />f <br />SECTION 9, That Janis K Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City, <br />. SECTION 10. That Danny Bazan shall be the clerk for early voting for the School <br />District. . <br />SECTION 11, That the main early polling place for early voting by personal <br />appearance for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and <br />temporary branch early polling place for early voting. by personal appearance for the <br />City election is the School Administration Building, 501 S.
