<br />appearance shall be conducted during normal working days in the City Hall and the
<br />School Administration Building from April 17, 1995 through May 2, 1995, and the hours for
<br />early voting shall be from 8:00 am, to 5:00 p.m. Temporary branch early polling places
<br />for early voting by personal appearance for the City and School District election are
<br />established at the following locations, with voting to be conducted at the dates and times
