17fj'- -13- Sec. 16-55. Standards for alarm protective services and alarm system operation. (a) 'The police and fire chiefs may set reasonable standards and procedures to be followed by an alarm protective service when giving notice to the police or fire departments of activation of an alarm system, The standards and procedures will be set out in writing and made available to any alarm protective service requesting them. . (b) It is unlawful for a person to operate or cause to be operated an automatic dialing device leading to the communications center of the police or fire departments. (c) All alarm systems which emit an audible sound shall have a ten-minute automatic shut-off of the audible sound. Sec. 16-56 through 16-59. Reserved. ARTICLE IV. CLEAN AIR AREAS. . Sec. 16-60. Definitions. In this article: (a) Clean Air Area includes but is not limited to the entire enclosed indoor area of the following: (1) Public meeting room? and common areas of buildings under the control of the city, county, or other governmental agency; (2) Public meeting rooms; (3) Public areas of grocery stores and other retail stores; (4) Meeting rooms and public areas of hotels and motels; (5) Meeting rooms and common areas of nursing and convalescent homes; (6) Classrooms, bedrooms and common areas of child care facilities; and (7) Public areas and common areas of child care facilities. Clean air area also includes all enclosed indoor areas of the following which have not been designated as smoking areas under Section 16- 62: (1) Public offices in buildings under the control of the city, county, or other governmental agency; (2) Office, warèhouse and storage areas in grocery stores and other retail stores; (3) Areas of places of employment that are not open to the public; (4) Bowling centèrs;
