Following are the specific actMties which Contractor must accompUsh to eliminate the slum and bUght: (1) Purchase the real estate identified in Special Condition H; and (2) Address the ~Iowing building and fire code viotations which pose serious health and safety hazards as foUows: (a) Building Two, Brick Offiœ/Warehouse (1) Install heating and air conditioning; --~ (2) RehabUitate roof; (3) Rehabilitate exterior walls of warehouse building; (4) Rehabilitate broken windows; (5) Rehabilitate plumbing to meet code requirements; (6) Rehabilitate electrical to meet code requirements; (7) Rehabilitate stairwells; (8) Rehabilitate ceilings; (9) Rehabilitate flooring to meet code requirements; (10) Construct handicap accessible bathrooms to meet code requirements; (11) Remove existing ramp; (12) Construct fire exit; (13) Install appropriate lighting; (14) Install smoke alarms; (15) Rehabilitate, seal to eliminate seep (16) Rehabilitate damaged interior walls; ~ (17) Rehang hallway doors to meet code requirements; (18) Rehabilitate bathroom for handicap accessibility; (b) Building Four, Metal Shed (1) Eliminate natural gas leak; (2) Rehabilitate roof or holes in walls; (c) Brick single family dwelling (1) Rehabilitate hallways for handicap accessibility; (2) Rehabilitate bathroom to allow for handicap accessibility; (3) Construct handicap accessible ramp to building; (4) Install smoke alarms; (5) Install appropriate lighting throughout facility; (6) Rehabilitate plumbing to meet code requirements; and (7) Rehabilitate electrical to meet code requirements.
