<br /> Property:
<br /> 0.330 acres' of land out of and a part of Lots 7 and 8, Block 12,
<br /> D.S. Combs Addition, Hays County, Texas according to the map or
<br /> plat recorded in Volume 42, page 332, of the Hays County Deed
<br /> Records as described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A".
<br /> Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: All
<br /> easements and restrictions of record.

<br /> This deed is made in place of and to correct a deed from Grantor
<br /> to Grantee, dated November 29, 1994, and recorded in Volume 1117, page
<br /> 641, in the Real Property Records of Hays County, Texas. By mistake
<br /> that deed contained an incorrect description of the property conveyed.
<br /> This correction deed is made by Grantor and accepted by Grantee to
<br /> correct that mistake, is effective as of November 29, 1994, and in all
<br /> other respects confirms the former deed.
<br /> Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the reservations
<br /> Erom and exceptions to conveyance and warranty, grants, s.ells, and
<br /> ::onveys to Grantee the property, together with all and singular the
<br /> .eights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging, to have and to
<br /> hold it to Grantee, Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> successors, or assigns forever. Grantor binds Grantor and Grantor's
<br /> successors and assigns to warrant and forever defend all and singular
<br /> the property to Grantee and Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators,
<br /> successors and assigns against every person whomsoever lawfully
<br /> claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, except as to the
<br /> reservations from and exceptions to conveyance and warranty~ when the
<br /> claim is by, through, or under Grantor but not otherwise.
<br /> When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the
<br /> plural.
