Faris to Hays County dated December 13, <br /> 1912 and recorded in Volume 63, Page 388 of the Hays County Deed <br /> Records, and for the north corner of that tract described as "Tract <br /> Two 2.00 acres" in a deed from Stokes Family Partners, Ltd. to the <br /> Gil-Mor Company, Inc. dated April 27, 1993 and recorded in Volume <br /> 988, Page 812 of the Official Public Records of Hays County; <br /> . <br /> THENCE leaving the Gil-Mor "Tract Two", the Faris to Hays County <br /> tract, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered <br /> 23633-94-d as prepared for Randall Morris by Byrn & Associates, <br /> Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, with the southeast line of the Conally <br /> to Hays County Tract, N 43° 49' 38" E 291.26 feet to a 3/4" iron <br /> pipe found for the east corner of the Conally to Hays County tract, <br /> for an exterior corner in the southwest line of the Rogers and <br /> Oliver tract,and for the north corner of this tract; <br /> THENCE leaving the Conally to Hays County tract, and crossing the <br /> Rogers and Oliver tract, S 50° 19' 09" E 1057.46 feet to a 6" <br /> cedar fence corner post for the west corner of that tract described <br /> as 2.31 acres in a deed from Will G. Barber to Polk Kyle dated <br /> December 26, 1916 and recorded in Volume 71, Page 205 of the Hays <br /> County Deed Records, and for an interior corner in the southeast <br /> line of the Rogers and Oliver tract; <br /> THENCE with the common line of the Rogers and Oliver tract and the <br /> Kyle tract, as fenced, S 54° 00' 47" E 25.93 feet to a 8" cedar <br /> fence corner post for the east corner of this tract and north <br /> corner of that tract described as 0.78 acres in a deed from Susie <br /> McHenry Thomas and Dorothy Lee West to W.C. Carson dated December <br /> 13, 1977 and recorded in Volume 304, Page 402 of the Hays County <br /> Deed Records; <br /> THENCE leaving the Kyle tract with the common southeast line of the <br /> Rogers and Oliver tract and northwest line of the W.
