. ~~ recorded in Voluroe 2, Page 308 of the Hays County Plat Records, for the west corner of the Carson tract, and for the south corner cf this tract and the Rogers and Oliver tract; THENCE leaving the Carson tract with the common southwest line of the Rogers and Oliver tract and northeast line of the Turnbull Subdivision, N 45° 24' 56" W 405.44 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for the north corner of the Turnbull Subdivision' and the east corner of "Tract Four" of the aforereferenced Gil-Mor tract; THENCE leaving the Turnbull subdivision with the common southwest line of the Rogers and Oliver tract and northeast line of the Gil- Mar tract, as fenced and used upon the ground, the following five courses: 1. N 45° 28' 00" W 98.48 feet to a 6" cedar tree for the north corner of "Tract Four" and east corner of "Tract Three", 2. N 45° 59' 43" W 81.97 feet to a 4" cedar post for an angle point, 3. N 47° 10' 58" W 103.60 feet to a 4" cedar post for an angle point, 4. N 47° 16' 16" W 92.82 feet to a 4" cedar post for the north corner of "Tract Three" and east corner of "Tract Two", and 5. N 46° 13' 10" W 292.92 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. . There are contained within these metes and bounds 8.156 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared from public records information and a survey made on the ground on October 19, 1994 by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas.
