That each judge appointed herein to serve in this election is hereby charged with the duty to hold the election in the respective polling place for the respective precinct set forth hereinabove. PART 3. That the Early Voting Ballot Board 'will consist of Presiding Judge Joyce Cowan, Alternate Judge Delia Lucio and clerks Ruth Howard and Nick Icossipentarhos. PART 4. That Wilbon Davis is hereby appointed Presiding Judge of the Central Counting Station for this election. PART 5. That Ramona Brown is hereby appointed Tabulation Supervisor of the Central Counting Station for this election. PART 6. That Joyce Cowan is hereby appointed Central Counting Station Manager for this election. PART 7. That Nick Icossipentarhos, Emily Saldana, Ginger Davis, Cynthia Dannelley, and Danny Bazan are hereby approved and authorized to serve as clerks to the Presiding Judge of the Central Counting Station if appointed by the Presiding Judge to serve as such. PART 8. That Kathy Carl and Chimy Lester are hereby approved and authorized to serve as assistants to the Tabulation Supervisor for the election if appointed by the Tabulation Supervisor to serve as such. PART 9. That Elizabeth Champagne, Gerald Champagne, Gloria Arney, Hector Mendez, Max Souby, Johnnie Armstead, Kevin Sykes, Julie Salas, Janie Rodriguez, Renate Rojo, Kim Doherty, Peggy Doran, Peggy McGinney, Joyce Cowan, Anthony Williams, Kent Morrison, Roger Fernandez, Esther Duran, Fern Rajnock, Diana Samaniego, Debbie Hise, Nora Cruz, Shirley DeLeon, Erica Behal, Francis Castilla, Margie Garcia, Irene Guerrero, Kay Willoughby, Carmen Cervantez, Ruth Howard, and Doris Kyle are approved and authorized to serve as deputy early voting clerks to the Early Voting Clerk for the election if appointed by the Early Voting Clerk to serve as such.
