<br /> o7r <br /> or other compensations and charges claimed by any broker or <br /> agent with respect to this Lease. <br /> 16.11 The term "lease year, " in the case of the first lease year, <br /> means the period which commences with the effective date of this <br /> Lease and terminates on the last day of the twelfth full <br /> calendar month after the effective date, and the first lease <br /> - <br /> ! year shall, therefore, include twelve full calendar months plus <br /> the partial month, if any, at the commencement of the lease <br /> term, if the lease term does not commence on the first day of a <br /> calendar month. Each subsequent lease year shall mean a period <br /> of twelve full calendar months commencing with the date <br /> following the last day of the first lease year, and each <br /> subsequent anniversary of that day. In the case of the last <br /> lease year of the lease term, the period sball include the <br /> period which commences on the day immediately following the last <br /> day of the preceding lease year and terminates on the last day <br /> of the lease term, and the parties recognize that the last lease <br /> year may be less than twelve full calendar months, depending on <br /> - the date of termination of the lease term. <br /> ARTICLE 17. <br /> Notice. <br /> 17.01 Wherever any notice is required or permitted, the notice shall <br /> be in writing.
