Peters, <br /> Trustee, to the Housing Authority of the City of San Marcos dated <br /> March 1, 1968 and recorded in Volume 222, Page 538 of the Hays <br /> County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE leaving Thorpe Lane and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on <br /> that plat numbered 23730-95-c as prepared for Robbie Zunker by Byrn <br /> & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, with th~ common line of <br /> the Zunker tract and the Housing Authority tract the following two <br /> courses: <br /> 1. N 46° 30' 0011 W 210.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for the <br /> west corner of the Zunker tract and this tract and an interior <br /> corner in the southeast line of the Housing Authority tract, <br /> and <br />- <br /> 2.
