SERVICES <br /> Customer requests that \VilTel provide Customer nith the following services: <br /> -- - TolIWatch Service described on Exhibit F-I <br /> ...x... SentryServ PBX Alarm Monitoring Service described on Exhibits F-2a through F-2c. <br /> - SentryServ Octel Alarm Monitoring Service described on Exhibit F-3. <br /> 7. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS <br /> a. Annual Service Fees for the services selected in Section 6 above shall be as set forth in the applicable exhibit(s). <br /> Such Annual Service Fees shall be paid by the Customer regardless of: (i) non-availability of data during any Report <br /> period, (ii) failure of a recorder or data collection device, or (iii) any other reason not caused directly by WilTel. <br /> The Annual Service Fees are in addition to any other fee set forth in the Agreement. <br /> b. Upon execution of Exhibit FI, Exhibit F2 or Exhibit F3, Customer agrees to pay WiITel the total amount of all <br /> installation, set-up and Annual Service Fees plus applicable taxes for those services selected ("Selected Services"). <br /> < <br /> 8. The term of the Selected Services shall be concurrent with the Service Agreement or Purchase Agreement term as <br /> applicable. This Attachment and the terms set forth in the relevant Exhibit(s) shall terminate upon the termination of <br /> the Agreement. Also, any change in Customer's station or port count shall modify the fees charged to Customer <br /> hereunder. Either party may terminate the provision of service hereunder by giving the other party written notice of <br /> termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the anniversary date of the relevant Exhibit or 'Within thirty (30) days of <br /> any rate increase of such service. <br /> WIL TEL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: <br /> a. Providing the Services referenced in Section 6. If special formats or programming services are requested, WiITel <br /> shall offer a separate proposal. <br /> b. Providing a Sentry unit for the Senices referenced in Section 6 of this Attachment, unless one is already present <br /> or available for use by \VùTel. Any such unit provided by WilTel shall remain the property of and be maintained <br /> by WiITel. <br /> - 2- <br />
