While this may <br /> - commissions. seem simple enough, it does require staff <br /> f <br /> I The two basic features of this law are that members to plan meetings for properly sized <br /> \ advance public notices be given of meetings, facilities, make sure doors remain unlocked <br /> , <br /> and that meetings be open to attendance by etc. <br /> the public. <br /> A board or commission may meet in closed <br /> executive session for certain reasons such as <br /> Agenda Posting to discuss legal matters with the City <br /> Attorney's staff, or to discuss certain real <br /> The agenda listing the subjects to be property or personnel matters. Notice of an <br /> discussed at a meeting and the time and executive session must be given on the <br /> place of the meeting must be posted on the meeting agenda, and a checklist of the <br /> City Hall bulletin board at least 72 hours, or subjects discussed during an executive <br /> three full days before the time of the session must be kept bOy the chair and turned <br /> meeting. in to the City Secretary after the meeting.
