Retention of statements and inspection. <br /> (a) The city secretary shall maintain all statements required to <br /> be filed with the city secretary under section 2-82 of this article as <br /> public records and shall retain them for a period of three (3) years <br /> after which time the statement shall be returned to the person <br /> filing them or shall be destroyed. <br /> (b) The financial disclosure statement file maintained by the <br /> city secretary under this section shall be kept in alphabetical <br /> order for each year in which statements are flied. This file shall <br /> be open to public inspection during normal hours. The city secre- <br /> tary shall maintain a list of all persons requesting to inspect such <br /> files identifying the file or files inspected. (Ord. No. 1990-62, § 1, <br /> 8-27.90) <br /> 0 Sec. 2-85. Forms of statements. <br /> ~ <br /> Financial disclosure.~tatements shall be flied on the form pro~ <br /> mulgated by the 'city secretary. The city secretary shall provide a <br /> form to any person requesting one and, not less than ten (10) days <br /> before the last day set for filing a statement by any person, shall <br /> send a fonn to the person.
