herein, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 1. Scope of Services <br />A. ARC Agreements: <br />The ARC agrees to: <br />1) Designate Jeffrey T. Hutchinson, Botanist as the ARC's representative in all matters related <br />to this Agreement who will coordinate the performance of the Services with the City. In addition, the ARC will pot all plants in biodegradable pots containing soil, gravel <br />and growth hormone. The ARC will place potted plants in raceways for approximately 12 weeks <br />or until the establishment of new stems. <br />4) Plant TWR in clusters of approximately five (5) plants per 10m2 and native emergent and <br />submersed plants at approximately five (5) plants per 5m2. The total number of plants produced <br />by the ARC in 2013 will be 550 TWR plants and 4250 native emergent and submersed plants. <br />Heteranthera liebmannii, Ludwigia repens, and Sagittaria platyphylla will make up 75 -85 <br />percent of the plants, but other native species listed in the table above will be propagated by <br />ARC based on their availability. <br />5) Monitor plants at one, three, and six months post - treatment for plant survival.
