1.0.6 The Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer <br />will advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br />1.0.7 Gary M. Lacy, P.E. is the Engineer's Project Representative assigned to this Project. The <br />Engineer will not substitute another representative for this Project unless approved in writing by <br />the City in advance of such proposed substitution. In the event the City and the Engineer cannot <br />agree to the substitution of the Project Representative, the City may terminate this agreement in <br />accordance with Article 8. <br />1.1 TASK 1— PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MEETINGS <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.1.1 Assemble a project team that includes appropriate sub - Engineers. <br />1.1.2 Develop a prof ect schedule. <br />1.1.3 Monitor and adjust to meet project deadlines. <br />1. 1.4 Maintain an issues list. <br />1. 1.5 Participate in the following meetings: <br />a) City Department Meetings: Meet with the Community Service Department and other <br />relevant City departments, including the Development Services Department as <br />needed, for the duration of the Project in order to develop and review the required <br />plans and documents. <br />b) Public Meetings: One public meeting to gather input from the community with <br />regard to the Conceptual design of the Project. The City will be responsible for <br />advertising and conducting the meetings, as well as for recording the minutes and <br />analyzing the results. <br />c) City Council Meeting - Present the conceptual plans and budget to the City Council <br />for its review and public comment prior to finalization of design. <br />d) Meet with the City's representative periodically to update the City on the progress of <br />the work. <br />1.1.6 Assist the City in acquiring required permit documentation required for approval <br />from governmental entities having jurisdiction over this Project. <br />1.2 TASK 2 - PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT <br />REP Agreement 11/12 <br />2 <br />
