Installation of hardware and software will be <br />completed and the system fully operative to the satisfaction <br />of the City before final payment will be made. Bell & Howell <br />will be responsible to make prepaid delivery, unload, 'unpack <br />or uncrater set-up, and install equipment and remove all <br />cartons or packing materials from the final destination at no <br />additional expense to the City. <br />8. Documentation.
