Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 in the Council Chambers <br />of the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive a presentation and hold a discussion regarding the preliminary results of a <br />Social Services Needs Assessment, and provide direction to Staff. <br />Dr. Joesph A. Kotarba of Texas State University provided the presentation. <br />4. Invocation <br />5. Pledges of Allegiance - United States and Texas <br />6. 30 Minute Citizen Comment Period <br />Dan Gibson, 815 Hillyer St, addressed the Council regarding the request to abandon Dale Dr. for <br />the Universalist Unitarian Church.
