The budget shall contain an itemization of proposed <br />expenditures for office space, personnel, equipment, supplies, vehicles, and other <br />expenses to be incurred by the Chamber in performing this Agreement. <br />C, CVB funds allocated to the Chamber from this Agreement shall be expended <br />I with the advice and counsel of this Board. <br />D. The members of this Board shall be selected as follows: <br />Appointing Authority No. of Appointments <br />City Council 3, including Mayor Pro-Tem and 1 from <br />Arts Community <br />Chamber of Commerce 2, including 1 from the visitor industry <br />Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 2, including 1 from the visitor industry <br />. <br />Hospitality Association 2, including 1 from the lodging industry <br />Heritage Association 1 <br />Downtown Association 1 <br />Appointments made by the City Council and the Chamber shall be for a term of 1 <br />year, and each appointee shall be limited to 3 consecutive terms. All other organizational <br />appointees shall hold office for a term of 3 years, with one-third appointed each year. No <br />member shall serve more than 3 consecutive years, except that the Board chairperson may <br />extend a member's term for an additional year if more than one-third of Board members <br />are beginning service at one time.
