He stated he is concerned about relaxing efforts to <br />protect the river and the Greenhouse Interpretive Center. He stated he is <br />also concerned with economics of the City. 2) Tim Winters stated he <br />wished to speak on Item ~7, regarding the public hearing on FY 2004 <br />Proposed Budget. He stated he opposes the closing of the Greenhouse <br />Center. He stated he feels the City needs to look out for the river. 3) <br />Aaron Hilan stated he wished to speak on Item ~7, regarding the public <br />hearing on FY 2004 Proposed Budget.
