Mayor Habingreither stated <br />the reduced amount will be used to hire someone within the City to work <br />specifically on the Toyota project. He also stated the City will be <br />asking both Chambers of Commerce for assistance on this project. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced a discussion regarding disannexation of <br />Subareas A and F of the Southwest San Marcos area.
