Client will cooperate fully with the Attorneys and <br /> provide all information known by or available to <br /> Client which may aid the Attorneys in representing <br /> Client in this Matter. <br /> 3. The term "timely pay" as used herein means that the <br /> Client will pay no later than the fifteenth <br /> calendar day next following the day on which a fee <br /> statement is received by Client. <br /> E. Authorization and Decision-Makinq. Client authorizes and <br />directs Attorneys to take all actions which Attorneys deem <br />reasonably necessary or advisable on the Client's behalf in this <br />Matter 1 except that any agreed final disposition on the merits must <br />be made by Client. Attorneys will undertake to notify Client of <br />significant developments and, whenever practicable, to consult with <br />Client as to any significant decisions attendant to those <br />developments. <br />II. LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES <br /> A. Attornevs' Fees. Client and Attorneys agree that the <br />following method is to be used for determining the reasonable and <br />proper amount of legal fees: <br /> ;. <br /> 1. The time expended by Attorneys to perform the legal <br /> services for Client in this Matter will be the <br /> primary basis for determining the total legal fees <br /> to be paid to the Attorney. The following base <br /> rates will apply: <br /> Judge James P. Wallace* - $320 per hour <br /> Luther H. Soules III* - $320 per hour <br /> Wayne I. Fagan* - $250 per hour <br /> Ronald J. Johnson* - $200 per hour <br /> Susan S. Patterson* - $200 per hour <br /> All other attorneys licensed <br /> for 3 or more years - $150 per hour <br /> Attorneys licensed more <br /> than one but less <br /> than three years - $125 per hour <br /> Attorneys licensed less <br /> than one year - $ 90 per hour <br /> Legal Assistants - $ 60 per hour <br /> Special staff and <br /> Couriers - $ 20 per hour <br /> 3 <br />
