<br /> /02 t- <br /> ease as hereinabove assigned by Client to Attorneys <br /> nor in any way reduce or diminish Attorneys' right <br /> to recover Attorneys' fees and expenses from Client <br /> under this Agreement. <br /> 5. Upon termination of this representation for any <br /> reason, by either Client or the Attorney 1 and upon <br /> payment by Client to Attorneys of all amounts owed <br /> to Attorneys, Attorneys agree to cooperate with any <br /> successor counsel to accommodate a smooth <br /> transition of the representation. <br /> D. Dispute Arbitration. At the instance of either Attorneys <br />or Client, any disputes as to whether Attorneys or Client have <br />failed to honor this Agreement or as to the amount of legal fees <br />will be submitted to the Fee Arbitration Committee of the San <br />Antonio Bar Association for arbitration and prompt resolution¡ and <br />both Attorneys and Client agree to be bound by the results of such <br />arbitration. <br /> E. Effort and outcome. Attorneys agree to use diligent <br />efforts in representing Client in this Matter; although Attorneys <br />and Client have discussed the relative merits of the Matter, Client <br />acknowledges that Attorneys have given no assurances whatsoever <br />regarding the outcome of this Matter. <br /> F. Commencement of Representation. Representation of Client <br />by Attorneys in this Matter will not commence until Attorneys <br />receive a copy of this Agreement signed by Client and any retainer <br />payable at the outset of this representation is in fact paid by <br />Client. <br /> G. Retention of Files. ~Attorneys agree, subject to causes <br />beyond the control of the Attorney, to retain and maintain all <br />major and significant components of the files of Attorneys relative <br />to this Matter for a period of six years following the conclusion <br />of this Matter 1 and during such time to afford Client reasonable <br />access to such files. Client agrees to Attorneys destruction of <br />files after a period of six years. <br /> H. Governinq Law, Complete Inteqration, Bindinq Upon All <br />Parties. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between <br />Client and Attorneys regarding this Matter and the fees, 'charges 1 <br />and expenses to be paid relative thereto.
