<br /> I Z ZJfI\ <br /> thereto promptly and provide the ENGINEER with the requested data or information in <br /> CITY's possession relating to the Project. <br /> 2.5 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the ENGINEER to enter <br /> public and private property as required for the ENGINEER to perform its services under <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 2.6 Furnish all legal, accounting and insurance counseling services as may be <br /> - -.. necessary at any time for the Project, including such auditing services as the CITY may <br /> f <br /> f require to ascertain how or for what purposes the Contractor used the money paid by or <br /> ! <br /> on behalf of the CITY, <br /> 2.7 Furnish required information and render responses and conduct its review of <br /> written materials as expeditiously as possible, <br /> 2.8 Pay all costs incident to obtaining bids or proposals from Contractors (e,g" legal <br /> notice requirements and the provision of the City facilities for pre-bid and pre-construction <br /> conferences), <br /> 2.9 Either direct the ENGINEER to perform any additional services necessary to <br /> complete the Project or will furnish those services itself, .¡ <br /> 2.10 Pay all fees for filing and processing perm its in connection with the Project and for <br /> the submission of plans and specifications to the State Department of Licensing and <br /> Regulation, <br /> 2.11 Bear all costs incident to this Article, <br /> 2.12 Provide for initial geotechnical exploratory work, such as soil borings, penetration <br /> tests, sounding, subsurface explorations, laboratory tests of soils, rock formation and other <br /> geophysical phenomena which are required to pro'lide information for design and all other <br /> field and laboratory tests and analyses which are required to provide design information. <br /> 2.13 Provide a final geotechnical report evaluating the initial geotechnical investigation, <br /> field laboratory test results, and the initial geotechnical report. This evaluation will be <br /> based on the design as actually proposed, including size, location and loading of <br /> structures, types and extent of excavations, and excavation procedures and wi,1I consider <br /> both design parameters and constructability, If, in the opinion of the review professional <br /> of the ENGINEER, additional geotechnical data is required for the preparation of this final <br /> report, this data will also be provided, The final report will include the anticipated <br /> performance of the subsurface material to be encountered on the Project under the loading <br /> conditions, use, and types of excavation anticipated, both during and after construction. <br /> 2.14 Conduct field surveys and aerial photography and mapping, <br />
