Provide a review of the draft <br /> construction drawings, speci fi cati ons and bidding documents. The <br /> review will endeavor to provide comments regarding: <br /> 1. Adequacy of detail for construction. <br /> 2. Conflicts during construction. <br /> 3. Legal requirements for contractor selection. <br /> 4. Project management consistent with the Program Procedures Manual. <br /> 5. Allocation of construction risks. <br /> 6. Coordination between contract documents. <br /> 7. Details for maintaining operation of existing facilities. <br /> Deliverables consists of a 10 copies of the constructability report for <br /> each construction project. <br /> 4.03 Preparation of Construction Contract Documents. Using standard City <br /> documents, prepare master construction contract agreements, standard <br /> supplementary conditions, prepurchase agreements for 1 equipment and <br /> materials procurement contract, and general construction requirements for <br /> use on all construction projects and modify these to meet the needs of each <br /> individual construction proj ect. Coordinate these dôcuments with the <br /> Program Management Plan and the requirements of the Texas Water Development <br /> Board1s Loan Program. Coordinate with City on issues such as entry times, <br /> locations for storage of materials, and other logistical issues that must <br /> be covered in the contract documents. Establish Contract Administration <br /> Procedures through the contract documents. Thi s scope is based on the <br /> assumption that the Engineers Joint Contract Document Committee documents <br /> and/or the Cityls standard documents will be used. <br /> De l iverab les consists of the master construction contract document for <br /> inclusion in the Design Standards Manuvl and 10 copies of the construction <br /> contract documents prepared specifical ly Jor each construction project for <br /> distribution to City.
