<br /> I 3D/) <br /> the requested data or information in CITY's possession relating to the Project as <br /> expeditiously as possible. <br /> 2.4 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGER to enter public and private property as required for the CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGER to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> 2.5 Furnish all legal, accounting and insurance counseling services as may be <br /> necessary at any time for the Project, including such auditing services as the CITY may <br /> require to ascertain how or for what purposes the Contractor used the money paid by or <br /> on behalf of the CITY, <br /> 2.6 Subject to the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER's obligations regarding permit <br /> applications as described in Exhibit B to this Agreement, furnish approvals and permits <br /> from all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Construction Projects and <br /> such approvals and consents from others as is necessary for completion of the <br /> Construction Projects. <br /> 2.7 Pay all costs incident to obtaining bids or proposals from Contractors (e,g., legal <br /> notice requirements and the provision of the City facilities for pre-bid and pre-construction <br /> conferences), . <br /> 2.8 Pay all fees for filing and processing permits and other governmental approvals. <br /> 2.9 Bear all costs incident to this Article, <br /> 2.10 Issue written notices authorizing the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to proceed with <br /> the work specified in each of the phases of Basic Services included in this Agreement. <br /> 2.11 Provide the CITY's standard construction contract and equipment procurement <br /> documents, which do not include plans or technicai specifications, to the CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGER. <br /> 2.12 Conduct or arrange to have conducted all subsurface investigations, including but <br /> not limited to borings, test pits, soil resistivity surveys, and other subsurface explorations, <br /> and make or arrange to have made the interpretations of data and reports resulting from <br /> such investigations, <br /> 2.13 Retain a Design Consultant for each Construction Project. <br /> 2.14 Communicate with the Construction Contractors through the CONSTRUCTION <br /> MANAGER. <br /> 2.15 Attend the pre-bid conferences, bid openings, preconstruction conferences, <br /> construction progress and other job related meetings and substantial completion <br />
