Box 1007, Mineola, Texas 75773 hereinafter referred <br /> to as "Contractor". <br /> WITliESSETH: <br /> 1. <br /> . <br /> Contractor agrees to provide the labor, machinery and <br /> materials necessary to . complete the installation of <br /> replacement water valves in conjunction with the Downtown <br /> Water System Improvements C.I.P.
