<br /> - <br /> Motor Vehicle Liability 250,000/500,000/100,000 ~('L <br /> Worker's Compensation Statutory <br /> 3. <br /> Contractor understands that time is of the essence in <br /> the performance of this contract, and therefore agrees to <br /> execute and deliver to the Owner, the Notice of Award and the <br /> Construction Contract within two days following the date of <br /> the award. Upon the Owner's receipt of the required evidence <br /> of insurance coverage and the fully executed contract <br /> documents, the Owner will issue and deliver a Notice to <br /> Proceed to the Contractor. Contractor agrees to commence <br /> work immediately upon receipt of written notice to proceed <br /> from the Owner and will complete the work within twenty (20) <br /> calendar days after the date of the receipt of notice to <br /> proceed. <br /> . <br /> .¡. <br /> Contractor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless <br /> the Owner and all its officers, agents, and employees from <br /> all claims of any character for any injuries or damages <br /> sustained by any person or property in connection with the <br /> Contractor's performance under this Contract. Contractor <br /> shall defend, indemnify and save harmless the Owner, its <br /> officers, agents and employees in accordance with this <br /> indemnification clause regardless of whether the injury or <br /> damage is caused in part by the Owner, its officers, agents <br /> or employees. <br /> 9. <br />
