<br />Standardsand designed in accordance with the adopted City of Austin Drainage <br />Criteria Manual, across the floodway as a means ofconnecting Areas 1 and 2. <br />b. The final improved connection road will be dedicated to the City by plat.Prior <br />to the dedication of the final road, the property owner of each area shall be <br />responsible for ensuring access through each area to the emergency access <br />road. <br />c. The developer and/or builder will provide quarterly building permit reports to <br />the Permit Center Manager monitoring permit numbers in Areas 1 and 2. At such <br />time the above triggers are met, no additional permits will be issued until <br />construction of the road is confirmed complete by the City. <br />e. Permanent improved access easementsshallbe dedicated by plat to allow <br />pedestrian access to and from Stagecoach Trail, Maria Hernandez Elementary <br />School, and Doris Miller Middle School through use of the internal street, <br />sidewalk and trail network. <br />d. Nothingin this Section 4.13 shall be construed as a waiver of the requirement <br />for the developer to, and the developer shall, provide security for the completion <br />of public improvements in the manner prescribed by Sections 1.6.6.3 and 1.6.6.4 <br />of the LDC. <br />4.14.Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA). <br />A complete Traffic Impact Analysis will be <br />required for the Project Site to determine adequacy of street infrastructure and any <br />necessary roadway improvements. A Traffic Threshold Worksheet shall be required for <br />the purposesof review and approval of this PDD. A complete Traffic Impact Analysis <br />shall be required upon the subsequent submittal of a Preliminary Plat or Watershed <br />Protection Plan Phase II for anyuse.
