<br /> <br />)33.I <br /> <br />BILL OF SALE <br /> <br />The LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY, an agency of the State of Texas, created by <br />and operating under and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Generai Laws enacted <br />by the Forty-Third Legislature of the State of Texas in its Fourth Called Session, as amended, <br />herein referred to as "Seller," of Travis County, Texas, having as its address 3900 Lake Austin <br />boulevard, Austin, Texas 78703, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NOIlOO <br />DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, paid by the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation, herein referred <br />to as "Purchaser," of Hays County, Texas, having as its address 630 East Hopkins Street, San <br />Marcos, Texas 78666, has TRANSFERRED, ASSIGNED, GRANTED, BARGAINED, SOLD, <br />DELIVERED and CONVEYED and by these presents does TRANSFER, ASSIGN, GRANT <br />BARGAIN, SELL DELIVER and CONVEY unto Purchaser all of the rights, title and interest <br />. <br /> <br />of Seller in certain personal prpperty in Hays County, Texas, which includes certain 'of Seller's <br />substation equipment and facilities currently serving Purchaser and more fully described in an <br />instrument attached hereto and marked for identification as Exhibit" A" and incorporated herein <br />(the "Facilities"). <br /> <br />The Facilities are located within the Redwood, San Marcos, Ranch Road 12, Hilltop and Bugg <br />Lane Substations which are on five (5) tracts of land in Hays County, Texas, owned by Seller. <br />Seller has conveyed the title to the real property upon which are located the Facilities described <br />as Hilltop, Ranch Road 12 and Bugg Lane Substations. Seller has further granted Purchaser the <br />right of ingress and egress over such of Seller's property as may be necessary for Purchaser to <br />operate and use the Facilities being acquired by Purchaser from Seller situated upon Seller's <br />tracts of land more fully described as the San Marcos, Redwood and Canyon Substations. <br /> <br />
