Three years <br />2. 300 mechanical operations <br />3. 40 fault interrupting operations <br />4. Failure of diagnostic test <br /> <br />Details: <br /> <br />I. circuit Breaker. <br />A. 'Inspect per the circuit breaker manufacturer's instruct~on <br />books and service bulletins. <br />1. All current carrying components. <br />2. All current interrupting components. <br />3. All mechanical components not normally accessible. <br />4. Contact res istance test. . <br />B. Disassemble, clean, and lubricate the operating mechanis~ <br />unless it has been recently overhauled. <br />C. Record all as found and as ~eft measurements. <br />D. Hypot vacuum type breakers if so equipped. <br />E. Inspect the bushings and clean if needed. <br />F. Paint if needed. <br /> <br />II. Recloser. <br />A. Inspect per the recloser manufacturer's instruction bocks <br />and service bulletins. <br />1. All current carrying components. <br />2. All current interrupting components. <br />3. All mechanical components not normally accessible. <br />B. Disassemble, clean, and lubricate the operating mechanis~ <br />unless it has been recently overhauled. <br />C. Record all as found and as left measurements. <br />D. Inspect the bushings and clean if needed. <br />E. Paint if needed. <br /> <br />III. oil test. <br />A. Interfacial tension. <br />B.
