Failure of diagnostic test <br /> <br />Details: <br /> <br />I. Inspect per the circuit breaker manufacturer's instruction books <br />and service bulletins. <br />A. All current carrying cqmponents. <br />B. All current interrupting components. <br />C. All mechanical components not normally accessible. <br />D. Contact resistance test. <br /> <br />II. Disassemble, clean, and lubricate the operating mechanism unless <br />it has been recently overhauled. <br /> <br />III. Record all as found and as left measurements. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />oil <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br /> <br />test <br />Interfacial tension. <br />Dielectric test. <br />Power factor test. <br /> <br />V.
