14b~ this Agreement. TETCO hereby agrees that simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement, it will pay $9,048.08 to the SMCISD, which amount represents TETCO's share of the fees and expenses paid by the SMCISD to Bryn & Associates, Inc. pertaining to the Project prior to the date of this Agreement. SMCISD shall be entitled to draw from the $750,000 previously escrowed with the City by SMCISD all other fees and expenses paid by it to Byrn & Associates, Inc. pertaining to the Project and other improvements covered by the Construction Contract. SMCISD, the City and TETCO hereby agree that each shall be responsible for l/3 of any and all additional engineering fees to be incurred by SMCISD under the Professional Services Agreement and pertaining directly to the Project, which fees shall be payable as set forth in Paragraph 6.06 below. 6.03 Wastewater Line Extension. The cost OD the wastewater line extension as depicted in Exhibit "C" attached hereto, which is incurred by SMCISD as the Owner under the Construction Contract, and any change orders thereto pertaining to said portion of the work, shall be payable as follows: (a) TETCO and SMCISD will pay equal shares (50% each) of the bid cost for .the following portions of the wastewater line as submitted in the bid of the Contractor: (1.) The ten inch (lO") portion of Line "A" from Station l+OOA to Station 6+12A as shown in the Project Documents; and (2) The eight inch (8") portion of Line "A" from Station 6+12A to Station 15+76.87A as shown in the Project Documents.
