/4bJ pertaining to the construction of the following portions of the wastewater line extension: (1) That portion of Line "B" from Station 6+12B to Station 13+82.51B as shown in the Project Documents. (2) That portion of Line "C" from Station 15+76.87C to Station 22+22.89C as shown in the Project Documents. (e) The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the costs incurred under the Construction Contract, and any and all change orders thereto, pertaining to the construction of a twelve inch (12") wastewater line along Line "AA" from Station 1+00AA to Station 15+76.87AA as shown on the Project Documents, less the cost of Line, "A" for which TETCO and SMCISD are responsible for paying as set forth in Paragraphs 6.02(a) (1) and 6.02(a) (2) above. (d) The SMCISD shall be responsible for paying one hundred percent (100%) of the cost payable under the Construction Contract, and any and all change orders thereto, pertaining to the construction of that portion of Line B from Stati~n 13+82.51B to Station 27+27.16B and for that portion of Line "C" from Station 22+22.89C to 23+02.89C as described in the Project Documents. 6.04 Water Line Extension. The cost incurred pursuant to the Construction Contract and any and all change orders thereto pertaining to the construction of the water line extension depicted on Exhibit "B" attached hereto will. be paid for in the following manner: (a) TETCO and SMCISD will each pay equal amounts (50% each) of the bid cost as submitted in the bid of the Contractor for the construction of proj ect "A", which is the construction of a ten inch (10") water line from Station -(4+30) to Station 25+10, consisting of approximately 2,940 lineal feet as depicted in the Project Documents. (b) The City of San Marcos shall pay for one hundred percent (100%) of the costs incurred under the Construction Contract, and any and all change orders thereto, pertaining to the construction of Tri-Party Agreement for Utility and Road Improvements 11
