/4 I~ Project B as shown in the Project Documents, less the cost of Project A, as described in Paragraph 6.04(a) above. 6.05 Once bids for the Project have been accepted and the Construction Contract has been executed, the Project Manager, on a monthly basis, shall prepare and deliver an invoice, based upon recommendations from the Engineer and in accordance with the percentage of completion of construction, including expenses incurred, to the City and TETCO for their prorata share of such costs as outlined in this Article 6. It is the understanding of the parties hereto that each of the parties shall be entitled to have their own inspector/quality control person visit the worksite in advance and review the recommendations of the Engineerj Provided, However, if any of said inspectors/quality control persons disagree with the recommendations of the Bngineer and the Engineer elects not to change his recommendations, the recommendations of the Engineer shall control and the parties hereto shall have the obligation to pay their prorata share of all costs and expenses based upon the recommendation of the Engineer. 6.06 Each of the parties hereto will be invoiced by the Project Manager on a monthly basis for their prorata share of the costs and expenses incurred in the construction of the Project and under the terms and provisions of the Construction Contract, and each party shall be responsible for paying to the Project Manager said party's share of said monthly costs and expenses as set forth in the invoice, no later than fifteen (15) working days following receipt of each such invoice.
