Training of employees in Conflict Resolution Skills, paralleling the training <br /> of school staff and students, will enhance the effectiveness of this overall effort. <br /> 12 Conduct a public awareness campaign targeting parents and <br /> usiness and property owners: Infonnation needs to include indicators <br /> of gang involvement (for parents), what to do about gang involvement, and <br /> how to have graffiti removed.
