In consideration of the <br /> continued performance of the SUBRECIPIENTS's services, the CITY <br /> will make payments to the SUBRECIPIENT as provided in Article 9. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> 3.J. Prior to its receipt of funds, SUBRECIPIENT will furnish the <br /> CITY with a detailed budget of all anticipated expenditures in <br /> compliance with the statement of Work. <br /> 3.2 The SUBRECIPIENT will provide the CITY with written reports <br /> detailing the actual program expenditures on a quarterly basis with <br /> the first report due three months from the date of execution of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 3.3 The receipt of program income under this Agreement is not <br /> anticipated. However, if the SUBRECIPIENT receives program income <br /> for any activity it performs under this Agreement it will comply <br /> with all applicable regulations specified in 24 C.F.R. 570.504. <br /> < <br /> 3.4 The SUBRECIPIENT will maintain all records of its services <br /> for the term of this Agreement including documentation that the <br /> services performed by the SUBRECIPIENT are designed to benefit low <br /> and moderate income persons. <br /> 3.5 All records of the SUBRECIPIENT will be kept in an organized <br /> and recognizable format acceptable to the CITY. The city will have <br /> access to any books, documents, papers and records of the <br /> SUBRECIPIENT which are directly pertinent to this Agreement for the <br /> purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br /> 4.J. SUBRECIPIENT will comply with the applicable uniform <br /> administrative regulations published by the Office of Management <br /> and Budget and the Code of Federal Regulations (24 C.F.R. 570) as <br /> amended, as those regulations relate to the application, acceptance <br /> and use of federal funds for these federally assisted services. <br /> SUBRECIPIENT is encouraged to obtain the necessary materials and <br /> information from the CITY for the purpose of compliance with this <br /> section. Failure of the SUBRECIPIENT to obtain the necessary <br /> information specified in this section will not relieve it from <br /> compliance with the applicable regulations. <br />
