<br /> 105 <br /> THE STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM <br /> (B-94-MC-48-0513) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, is made this day of , 1994, <br /> between the CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, 630 East Hopkins, San <br /> Marcos, Texas (the "CITY") , and <br /> (the "SUBRECIPIENT"). <br /> .' WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> WHEREAS, CITY is interested in assisting SUBRECIPIENT in <br /> providing the community of San Marcos with those services are <br /> identified in the statement of Work (Exhibit "A") which is attached <br /> to and incorporated in this Agreement for all purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, CITY has been awarded grant funds which may be ,spent <br /> by the CITY for the provision of certain services a~thorized under <br /> the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") <br /> community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, CITY desires to grant funds to the SUBRECIPIENT for <br /> its performance of these services for the duration of this <br /> Agreement at , a <br /> facility located in San Marcos, Texas. <br /> Now therefore, the CITY and SUBRECIPIENT agree as follows: <br /> ARTICLE J. <br /> SUBRECIPIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> J..J. SUBRECIPIENT acknowledges that funds granted to the <br /> SUBRECIPIENT by the CITY under this Agreement have been granted to <br /> the CITY pursuant to HUD's CDBG Program. <br /> J..2 The SUBRECIPIENT certifies that it is authorized to receive <br /> CDBG Program funds under 24 C.F.R. 570. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> STATEMENT OF WORK <br /> 2.J. SUBRECIPIENT agrees to utilize the grant funds it receives <br /> under this Agreement to perform the services identified in the <br /> Statement of Work for the entire term of the Agreement and in <br /> compliance with all the terms and conditions specified in this <br /> Agreement.
