<br /> / ot¡ 6- <br /> :1..3.:1.6 Revise the contract drawings (unless complete redrawing is <br /> required) to show the Project as constructed and furnish a set of the <br /> reproducible record drawings (revised drawings) to the CITY, and <br /> furnish two (2) sets of reproducible record drawings of the Project to <br /> the FAA. <br /> 1.3.17 For Part B, prepare a UConstruction Materials Quality Control <br /> Summary" to be submitted weekly/monthly to the FAA. At a minimum, the <br /> summary will include a list of all tests performed showing the date, <br /> location, pass or fail, results of retests, and whether or not the test <br /> is eligible or ineligible under the Airport Improvement Project <br /> ("A.I.P."). The Summary will include a certification that all testing <br /> was completed in accordance with the "Construction Materials Quality <br /> Control Plan. U <br /> 1.3.18 For Part B, prepare a summary of materials not passing <br /> acceptable standards which specifies ~he penalty to be imposed as <br /> called for in the contract documents. This summary shall be submitted <br /> to the FAA monthly and will indicate when and to what extent penalties <br /> are imposed. The penalties assessed will be itemized in the subsequent <br /> pay request to the FAA. <br /> 1.3.19 Perform resident or full-time on-site construction inspection <br /> through an approved subcontractor. The resident inspector will <br /> perform daily resident inspection, maintain a daily inspection log <br /> book, write weekly inspection reports, coordinate all construction <br /> activities with the CITY, coordinate and inspect all materials and <br /> soils testing, coordinate and review all test reportsisubmitted by the <br /> testing laboratory, maintain records and trip tickets on all materials, <br /> review contractor payment requests and wage reports for compliance with <br /> the Davis Bacon and related Acts, and accompany all surveying proofs of <br /> contractor established staking. Additional work will be accomplished <br /> as required by CITY. Payment for these services will be made in <br /> accordance with Sections 1.5 and 13.2 pertaining to Additional <br /> Services. <br /> 1.3.20 Furnish geotechnical and other construction testing through <br /> Subcontractors. <br /> 1.3.21 The extent of the duties, responsibilities and limitations of <br /> authority of the CONSULTANT as the CITY's representative during <br /> construction will not be modified or extended after the construction <br /> contract documents have been authorized by CITY to be competitively bid <br /> without written consent of the CITY and the CONSULTANT and with notice <br /> to the Contractor. <br /> 1.4 PART C- ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR THE EXTENSION OF RUNWAY 12-30 <br /> Upon CITY's written authorization to proceed, the CONSULTANT will <br /> conduct an environmental assessment for the future extension of Runway <br /> 12-30 (the "proposed proj ect U) in accordance with FAA Orders 5050.4A <br /> and 1050.1.D. <br /> -8- <br />
