Police Protection - <br /> Police services, including patrolling, response to <br /> ca 11 s and other rou.tine services, will be provided <br /> immediately upon annexation using existing <br /> personnel and equipment; ~ <br /> 2. Fire Protection - <br /> Fire protection services, including emergency <br /> response calls, wi 11 be provided immediately upon <br /> annexation using existing personnel and equ i pmen't <br /> and within ,the limitations of the available water <br /> supply to be provided by others. The first <br /> responding s'tation is located at the corner of <br /> Broadway and Parker Streets; <br /> 3. Solid Waste Collection.- <br /> Solid waste collection services will be made <br /> available to all residential areas immediately <br /> upon annexation. Businesses and institutions must <br /> make arrangements with private haulers for so 1 i d <br /> waste disposals; <br /> 4. Provision of Water and Wastewater Services in the <br /> Annexed Area- <br /> Water service is to be provided by the property <br /> owner's extension of and connection to the <br /> facilities of the Elim Water Company which holds a <br /> Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) for <br /> the area. <br /> 1 he property owner will be required to e.x:tend and <br /> connect to the existing City wastewater facilities <br /> in accordance with the City's facilities to the <br /> City, the City s ha 11 provide maintenance of the <br /> facilities.
