Cha pter 43, Subchapter C, Section 43.056, the following service p,l,an is hereby adopted for the annexation of a 26.67 acre tract adjoining the existing City Limits on the south side of Centerpoint Road, east of IH-35 South. 1. Police Protection - Police services, including patrolling, response to ca 11 s and other rou.tine services, will be provided immediately upon annexation using existing personnel and equipment; ~ 2. Fire Protection - Fire protection services, including emergency response calls, wi 11 be provided immediately upon annexation using existing personnel and equ i pmen't and within ,the limitations of the available water supply to be provided by others. The first responding s'tation is located at the corner of Broadway and Parker Streets; 3. Solid Waste Collection.- Solid waste collection services will be made available to all residential areas immediately upon annexation. Businesses and institutions must make arrangements with private haulers for so 1 i d waste disposals; 4. Provision of Water and Wastewater Services in the Annexed Area- Water service is to be provided by the property owner's extension of and connection to the facilities of the Elim Water Company which holds a Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) for the area. 1 he property owner will be required to e.x:tend and connect to the existing City wastewater facilities in accordance with the City's facilities to the City, the City s ha 11 provide maintenance of the facilities.
