EMS will staff a minimum of two (2) ambulances twenty-four (24) <br />hours a day, seven (7) days a week at the two locations described in <br />Section 3 above. <br />4.03. EMS will provide a minimum of three (3) EMT-P (Paramedics) and <br />one ( 1) EMT on duty twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a <br />week. <br />4.04. EMS will station a third ambulance within the city limits of <br />the City at the location described in 3.01 above. EMS will provide <br />staffing for the third ambulance through call-out of its off-duty <br />personnel. <br />4.05. The level of service maintained by EMS will provide continuous <br />response capability prescribed by applicable laws, rules, regulations, <br />and protocols. i <br />4.06. Documentation of "no transport" calls will be retained by EMS <br />and will be subject to an audit by the City or the County upon request. <br />4.07. EMS will respond to all requests for BLS/ALS/MICU ambulance <br />service regardless of race, color, religion, creed, age, national <br />:>rigin, sex, medical conditions, or ability to pay. <br />4:.08. EMS will provide a collection procedure. EMS will be <br />responsible for billing ànd collecting all charges for ambulance and <br />related services, and will make a diligent effort to collect all sums <br />billed. <br />4.09. EMS will be responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, <br />license fees, permit fees, and any and all other costs arising from its <br />operations. <br />4.10. EMS will also: <br />
