TERMINATION <br /> 11. 01 This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by one or <br /> more of the parties. A party may terminate this Agreement by providing <br /> at least 180 days advance written notice of its intention to do so to <br /> the other parties. <br /> 11. 02 Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.01 above, the <br /> continuation of this Agreement into each new fiscal year of the City <br /> and the County is subject to the appropriation of funds by the City and <br /> the County in their budgets for each such fiscal year to meet their <br /> obligations under Section 6 above. . <br /> 12. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br /> 12.01. This is the entire agreement between the parties on this <br /> subject. All amendments to this Agreement will be in writing and <br /> executed by all of the parties. <br /> 12.02. This Agreement will be interpreted under the law of the State <br /> of Texas. <br /> 12.03. Exclusive venue for any litigation arising under this Agreement <br /> will be in Hays County, Texas. <br /> 12.04.
