No. 1. <br /> RCC, Inc. <br /> Page 3 <br /> 1.4 (T) TASK 4 - PREPARE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT will: <br /> 1.4.1(T) In conjunction with the appropriate City staff, <br /> develop a draft Request for Proposals ( II RFP II) which will <br /> include: <br /> (1) a description of existing systems and <br /> serVlces; <br /> (2) project background, goals, and objectives; <br /> (3) administrative requirements including response <br /> format, due date, place and person to whom <br /> responses should be addressed, pre-proposal <br /> conference schedule, and evaluation criteria; <br /> (4) technical requirements including functional <br /> and administrative requirements, site <br /> preparation, implementation, system testing <br /> and acceptance, back-up/recovery, product <br /> reliability, and performance requi.rements; <br /> (5) business requirements including cost sheets <br /> for communications equipment, discounts <br /> available, maintenance, training, upgrades and <br /> expansions, financing proposal options, vendor <br /> information, and legal and insurance <br /> requirements¡ <br /> (6) evaluation criteria to be included in the RFP <br /> for the hardware configuration, application <br /> software, optional equipment serVlces, <br /> networking to other offices, long distance <br /> access, support, maintenance, training and <br /> documentation, and vendor experlence and <br /> references¡ and <br /> (7) the CITY's standard terms and conditions for <br /> high technology procurements. <br /> 1.4.2(T) Review the draft RFP with CITY staff and modify <br /> draft accordingly. <br /> 1.4.3(T) Subject to any delays caused by the . CITY, deliver <br /> to the CITY a copy of the approved RFP by November 23, 1994. <br />
